Studio Policies
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment for all our clients, please adhere to the following policies:

Booking Information:

Please read all service descriptions carefully before booking.

A deposit is required and varies depending on the service.

Additional time of 20-30 minutes may be required if needed.

Prices vary based on design; starting prices are listed on the website.

If you are unsure about what service to book, please text me at the provided phone number (971) 386-4078.

Appointments must be booked through the website and require a deposit.

I do backup appointments, so you and your partner can come and get serviced together.

Lateness:

Please do not arrive early unless previously arranged.

Please try to be on time. There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, I will charge a $20 fee or cancel the appointment. Alternatively, I may provide a shorter service if there is not enough time for the full service.

My studio is located in the Rainier area in South Seattle.

The parking lot is free. Detailed instructions on where to park will be sent to you via message before your appointment.

Rescheduling/Cancellations:

Rescheduling must be done within 48 hours.

Deposits are non-refundable if you want to reschedule.

For cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, I will accommodate your next appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours more than twice, I reserve the right to refuse future services. I will check your booking history before accepting new appointments, and you will lose your deposit.

Cancellation of an appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. However, the deposit can be applied to your next appointment IF rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will NOT allow the deposit to be used for future bookings.

I reserve the right to refuse any appointment if I do not feel comfortable proceeding. If I cancel your appointment for this reason, I will refund your deposit and cancel the appointment.

Squeeze-ins:

I am currently working 50+ hours per week, so in the event that you need a last-minute appointment or a squeeze-in, there will be a fee of $50.

Not Allowed:

Please NO kids under 10 years old are allowed in the studio.

Please refrain from bringing food with a strong smell.
-
Alcohol is not permitted in the studio.
-
Please refrain from making aggressive phone calls during your appointment.
